A historic and symbolic milestone.
The City Council of Donostia – SS had spent years working to make this project happen. The recovery of the Loiola Barracks grounds is not only a historic milestone, but a symbolic one.
In the story we talk about transforming cities and filling them with color, community, and future. So we designed a visual identity that says exactly that. Dreaming. Homes, parks, families, opportunities. Neighborhood. A future in full color to change history.
We created a human, deeply personal visual identity, far removed from real estate codes.
And finally we activated the campaign across every key channel: city out-of-home, press, social media and web.
